PAST EVENTS
Autism Awareness Quarter
We marked Autism Awareness Quarter (January–March) with engaging activities and an informative animated video that helped spread understanding and acceptance in our community. Throughout the quarter, we brought people together through friendly coffee mornings, where staff, families, and residents could connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. We also used our social media channels to reach a wider audience, sharing helpful information and resources to promote greater awareness and support for our young adults with autism.
ADHD Awareness Quarter
For ADHD Awareness Quarter, we focused on creating an open, supportive space to talk about ADHD and break down common misconceptions. We launched an animated video that explained ADHD in an accessible, friendly way, and organised coffee mornings to give staff and families a chance to connect and share insights and experiences. Alongside these activities, we raised awareness through our social media, sharing practical tips, resources, and real stories to help our wider community better understand and support young adults living with ADHD.
